This Isn't Sport BJJ
SELF-DEFENCE THAT WORKS IN REAL LIFE — NOT SPORT BJJ FOR MEDALS. LED BY CHRIS PRITCHARD, BLACK BELT UNDER ROYCE GRACIE
Most BJJ schools train you to win competitions. We train you to protect yourself and the people you care about. Every technique we teach is built for real-world situations — standing, on the ground, and everything in between.
That's the difference between sport Jiu-Jitsu and what we do.

About the BJJ Fundamentals Programme — Caernarfon
Our Fundamental Curriculum is a beginner-friendly 28-lesson programme covering over 100 real-world self-defence techniques. Every lesson is structured to build your confidence and capability from the ground up.
After completing the Fundamental Programme, students can progress to the Advanced Programme, which focuses more deeply on self-defence combinations, reaction time, and technical refinement.
Who It's For? You don't need any experience, any level of fitness, or any martial arts background. Every student starts as a beginner and trains at their own pace with the right partners.
